Legislation Proposed to Remove Occupancy Limits in TBI-RHA

Legislation is currently pending in the General Assembly to modify the Traumatic Brain Injury Residential Housing Act of 2012, P.C. 1086 ("TBI-RHA"), by removing its current limit of 8 disabled adults.  You can find a link to the legisation here.  In addition, the current version of the legislation, as amended, would change the definition of a “Traumatic brain injury residential home” from a "single family residence" to a "facility", which is further defined under existing law.
